Manhunt stemming from dowtown wreck ends at police station
EASLEY – Police have made an arrest in a manhunt that followed a wreck in downtown Easley on Thursday Feb. 14.
According to police, Jennifer Breen was arrested after coming to the police department to inquire about the incident.
