First responders of Easley will be acknowledged on Saturday, August 11 with an appreciation day held by Transition Salon.
Transition Salon was opened for business on March 22, of this year and is owned and operated by Nancy Cavanaugh.
Between the hours of 9 Am to 5 PM this Saturday, Transition Salon will offer free haircuts and styles to all men and women, and their children, of Easley’s first response teams.
“As an owner of a business here in Easley, I would just like to give something back to the community for all of their efforts they provide for us on a daily basis,” said Cavanaugh. “On August 11, we will be celebrating a special day by providing free haircuts and styles for the Fire Department, Paramedics, and Police Department. We will have free snacks and music, so just come in and have some fun.”
Transition Salon is located at 5155 Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley.
