Allison Fowler, a Clemson graduate, will take over as the executive director of the Pickens Revitalization Association beginning on Feb. 19. Her activities will include carrying out the mission of the organization tasked with creating new business and an improved business environment in downtown Pickens. She replaces the first PRA executive director, Kristen Henry, who resigned late last year.
