More charges filed in Seneca armed robbery
WALHALLA — The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office filed additional charges Feb. 11 against two men charged in an attempted armed robbery near Seneca.
Octavis Jamal Robinson, 17, of 1146 Old Central Road in Central, and Tavis Savon Campbell, 19, of 108 Vista Drive in Clemson, have each been charged with one count of first degree burglary.
According to investigators, Robinson and Campbell broke into a home on J.P. Stevens Road early on the morning of Feb. 8. Both men were armed with a deadly weapon.
Campbell is also charged with pointing a firearm at two individuals at that dwelling.
These charges are in addition to the charges brought against Robinson and Campbell from the same incident.
Robinson was charged Feb. 9 with attempted armed robbery, possession of a weapon during commission of a violent crime, and attempted murder. Campbell was charged the same day with attempted armed robbery and possession of a weapon during commission of a violent crime.
Robinson with also charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Rashean N. Parker II, 21, of Gastonia, N.C.
