The LaGrange Area Moms of Multiples Organization is holding its Fall Consignment Sale on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church on Hammett Road in LaGrange. This biannual sale features children’s clothing and child-related items.


All shoppers will be charged a $1 admission fee as a donation to the Interfaith Food Pantry. The sale will close from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to prepare for the half-price sale. All shoppers must leave the gym at this time. The half price sale begins at 11:30 a.m. The sale ends at 12:30 p.m.


The Spring 2013 Consignment Sale generated more than $2,000 that was donated to local charities and the Interfaith Food Pantry.


At the sale, LAMOM will accept cash or checks only. Any returned checks will be charged a $20 fee. All sales are final after purchase. LAMOM is a volunteer, non-profit organization and a chapter of the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club.


LAMOM are a support group for mothers of multiples living in Troup, Meriwether and Harris counties.


LAMOM meetings are held the second Monday of each month at First Presbyterian Church held on the first floor of the fellowship hall in the parlor room on Broad Street at 7 p.m. Meetings consist of member information sharing and periodic guest experts that speak on various topics of interest.
