Friends of Pickens County Guardian Ad Litem holds its third annual Cluster for Kids Oyster Roast from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Arran Farm, 820 Lendhart Road in Easley. Rep. Gary Clary is the honorary chairman. Tickets are $50 per person or $90 for couples in advance. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for $75 each.

• An Intercultural Dialogue Film & Discussion Event is held at 6 p.m. in the Strom Thurmond Institute Auditorium on the campus of Clemson University. “Love is a Verb” will be shown and discussed.

• A forum for Clemson City Council candidates is held at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at Clemson City Hall.

Mac Arnold and Plate Full of Blues is presented at 7:30 p.m. at the Liberty Civic Center, 349 Edgemont Ave. in Liberty. All proceeds benefit Pickens County Meals on Wheels. Tickets are $25 each. Seating is general admission.
