Family Promise of Pickens County holds its second Cardboard Box City at Gateway Park, 340 Old Greenville Highway, in Clemson to help raise awareness of homelessness in Pickens County. Oconee County

On Golden Pond is presented at the Walhalla Civic Auditorium Aug. 19 through Aug. 21 and Aug. 26 through Aug. 28. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday shows are at 2:30 p.m. Advance tickets are $14 for adults, $6 for children and $12 for members of groups.
