PENDLETON — Tri-County Technical College recently handed out awards to students for the 2015-2016 academic year. Among the award winners were the following local students:

David Fulton Hayes of Pickens was honored as Tri-County Technical College’s Outstanding Accounting Student while Angela Turner Griffin of Easley was named Outstanding Criminal Justice Technology Student.

James Eugene Fish of Easley received Tri-County’s Outstanding Media Arts Production Student Award while Aaron Elijah Watson of Pickens received the Outstanding Engineering Graphics Technology (EGT) Student Award.

Matthew Shane Varney of Liberty received the General Engineering Technology (GET) Student Award and Rebecca Ashton Andrews of Easley received the Outstanding Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Student Award.

James David Knott of Liberty received the Outstanding Phi Theta Kappa Student Award.
