In honor of Hyco


Amy Cothran, principal of Palmetto Elementary School in Williamston, presents a check for $936 to Brandon Surratt of the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office for the Hyco K9 Fund. The school participated in a Spirit Week and held a T-shirt fundraiser in honor of Hyco, the Anderson County K9 killed in the line of duty last fall. Surratt was Hyco’s partner.
