Ag Museum events planned for Sept. 19, Sept. 20

PENDLETON — The Bart Garrison Agricultural Museum of South Carolina will offer a Kids Day program on ecology, the climate and the environment on Saturday followed by a Story Time and More about farm life.

Kids Day is designed for children in grades 3 to 6. Cost is $4 and pre-registration is required. Programs begin at 10 a.m. Children should be picked up at 1 p.m. The schedule is as follows:

• Sept. 19: Ecology/Climate/Environment Part 2

• Oct. 3: Plants, Animals and Insects Part 2

Story Time and More, designed for ages 5 to 7, is held once a month. The cost is $2 and pre-registration is required. Programs start at 2 p.m. and run until 3:30 p.m. The schedule is as follows:

• Sept. 20: Farm Life

• Oct. 4: Harvest Time
